A bubble in the corner
A round button sits in the bottom-left or bottom-right corner and opens the chat window. Escape closes it, and visitors can start a fresh conversation any time.
Answers trained on your site
ChatBento reads your website, docs and FAQs, then answers visitors from them, day and night, with links to the pages each answer came from.
Lead capture and human handoff
When the AI can't help, or a visitor taps “Talk to a human”, the widget shows a short contact form and emails you the lead with the whole conversation.

What is an AI chat widget?

How do I add a chat widget to my website?
Sign up, add your website address so ChatBento can learn from it, then copy the one-line script tag from the Install tab and paste it before the closing </body> tag, or into your site builder's custom code or footer setting. Will a chat widget slow down my website?
ChatBento's widget is one async script, under 10 KB compressed, so it doesn't block your page from rendering. It runs in a shadow DOM, so it doesn't restyle anything on your page either.
Can I put the chat widget on the left side?
Yes. Pick bottom left or bottom right in the Customize tab. Bottom left is useful when another button, like a cookie banner or a cart, already sits on the right.

Can a real person reply inside the widget?
Not in real time. ChatBento has no live chat inbox. When a visitor wants a person, the widget collects their email and sends you the lead with the conversation, and you reply by email. If your team wants to chat live, a live chat tool fits better.
