Install on Wix in 5 steps
Where it goes: Settings → Custom code → Add Custom Code → Body - end, all pages

In ChatBento, open your chatbot, go to Install and copy the one-line snippet.

In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings and open Custom code (under Advanced).

Click + Add Custom Code and paste the snippet. Give it a name such as ChatBento.

Under “Add Code to Pages”, choose All pages. Under “Place Code in”, choose Body - end. Click Apply.

Open your live site in a new tab and click the chat bubble in the corner to test it.

Wix only allows custom code on sites with a Premium plan and a connected domain. Without them, the Custom code option isn't available.
If a page trains with little text
Some Wix layouts render text in ways a crawler can't fully read. If a page shows only a little text in ChatBento's training list, paste the important details as Text or Q&As.

Wix Studio sites use the same Custom code setting in the site dashboard.

Can I add the chatbot without Wix Premium?
Not with custom code: Wix requires a Premium plan and a connected domain for it. Those are Wix's rules, not ChatBento's.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. On phones the chat opens full screen and the launcher sits in the corner you choose.
Can I change where the bubble appears?
Yes. Pick bottom-left or bottom-right, your accent color and greeting in ChatBento's Customize tab. Changes apply without editing Wix again.
