Install on Kajabi in 5 steps
Where it goes: Settings → Site details → Page scripts → Header Page Scripts

In ChatBento, open your chatbot, go to Install and copy the one-line snippet.

In Kajabi, open Settings from the Dashboard.

Not on checkout or upsell pages
Kajabi adds Header Page Scripts to the head of every page except offer checkout pages and upsell pages, so the chatbot helps before purchase and stays out of the payment step.
Check your course pages
Kajabi's docs don't say whether site scripts reach course (product) pages. Kajabi documents a separate Embedded Scripts field under Products → your product → Customize → Settings → Custom Code; if you want the chatbot inside a course and it doesn't appear, paste the snippet there too.
Only add code you trust
Kajabi asks you to only add third-party code from providers you trust. The ChatBento snippet loads one script from chatbento.com and nothing else.

Do I need a particular Kajabi plan?
Kajabi's Page scripts article doesn't list a plan requirement. The Pro plan is only mentioned for editing theme code, which this install doesn't need.
What happens when it can't answer?
