Softr's app settings have a Custom Code section with a header and a footer field. The footer code goes at the end of the <body> on every page and is meant for scripts, so the ChatBento snippet goes there once.
Install on Softr in 5 steps
Where it goes: Settings → Custom Code → footer code (before </body>)

In ChatBento, open your chatbot, go to Install and copy the one-line snippet.

In the Softr studio, open Settings from the left-side toolbar and go to Custom Code.

Paste the snippet into the footer field (code added before </body>).

Save, then publish your app.

Open your live site in a new tab and click the chat bubble in the corner to test it.
